This year, a total of 13 games will be played in the tournament, which will help the selectors try out different teams for the T20 World Cup in Australia in 2022. At first, the tournament was going to be held in Sri Lanka. However, because of the country’s poor economy, the Asia Cup 2022 was moved to UAE.
