Holi Celebrations In Team Bus: Shubman Gill shared a video on Instagram on Tuesday showing the Indian cricket team celebrating Holi inside the team bus, including Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
India will face Australia in the fourth and final Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test in Ahmedabad from Thursday. Rohit Sharma’s team leads the four-match series 2-1 despite losing the third Test. There are only two days left until the final Test, and Holi is just around the corner. Even the Indian team players didn’t shy away from celebrating the joyous occasion with one another as the country prepares for the colourful festival.
Shubman Gill posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday showing the Indian cricket team celebrating Holi inside the bus. Virat Kohli dances in front of the camera with a colored face, Rohit Sharma throws gulaal. As Gill holds the camera, the rest of the team enjoys it too.
In the third Test in Indore, Australia made a remarkable comeback after losing the first two.
It’s rare for visiting teams to win in India, but Australia won their first game on Indian soil in six years.
Only their third defeat in 10 years, India will need to rethink their strategy before the final Test, starting March 9 in Ahmedabad. After beating India in the third test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Australia will play in the World Test Championship final. To make it to the WTC final, India needs to win the fourth Test.
