Rahul Gandhi’s Bike Ride: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took a motorcycle ride this morning during his Bharat Jodi Yatra, which is currently passing through Madhya Pradesh. A helmet strapped to his head and security personnel clearing the way ahead, Mr Gandhi can be seen riding the blue carpet at Mhow as crowds throng from both sides.

The ride comes as a response to the Wayanad MP on two people who are rallying him on a bike to discuss animal welfare with him. One of them is Rajat Parashar, a civil engineer from Gwalior, who takes care of stray dogs. She also has her 10-month-old German Shepherd Marvel with her.
Mr Gandhi happens to be a dog lover by his own accounts.
Marvel is trained for such trips and has already traveled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, Mr. Parashar said, pointing to the route that Mr. Gandhi is covering all around.
The back seat of his bike has a customized cradle-like setup where his companion sits comfortably alongside the Marvel, the same vehicle that Mr Gandhi was seen riding this morning.
When INDINEWS spoke to him exclusively last week, he said he could not meet Mr Gandhi, but the Congress leader was seen riding the exact same bike today, his hope seems to be coming true.
The 3,500-km walk led by Mr Gandhi began in Tamil Nadu in September. It has completed almost half its way and is set to end in January.
