Riley, the Golden Retriever, shared the video on his Instagram page on Saturday. The caption reads, “Riley meets Rhett for the first time.”
A man holds a newborn baby in his hands, and two pet dogs are delighted to see the newborn for the first time. He sits on a staircase and shows the dog the newborn baby, and the dog starts licking the baby’s face to show some affection.
Just one day after being shared, the video has garnered more than 74,000 views and over 8,000 likes. Heartfelt comments have flooded the post’s comment section.
According to one user, a golden retriever behaved the same way when she brought her baby home from the hospital eight years ago. A miniature poodle, however, was uninterested in us for a month after the incident.
