Uddhav Thackeray Covid Positive:

Uddhav Thackeray Covid Positive: Congress leader Kamal Nath has claimed that Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has tested positive for COVID-19. Thackeray was scheduled to hold a cabinet meeting at 1 pm today in view of the political crisis in the state.

Kamal Nath was expected to meet Uddhav Thackeray before the cabinet meeting, but did not meet the chief minister as soon as Uddhav tested positive for Covid. The Shiv Sena-led government in Maharashtra is facing a crisis following a rebellion by a group of MLAs led by Eknath Shinde. Earlier in the day, Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari was admitted to a private hospital in South Mumbai after testing coronavirus positive.

Uddhav Thackeray Covid Positive: Shinde, a disgruntled Shiv Sena leader, has claimed that 40 MLAs from Maharashtra have accompanied him to Guwahati in Assam and are committed to the ‘Hindutva’ ideology of Balasaheb Thackeray. Shinde reached Guwahati this morning along with a group of Shiv Sena and Independent MLAs.
