Aiden Markram fell shortly after his fifty, but David Miller stayed until the end to finish the game. When Rohit Sharma chose to bat first, Suryakumar Yadav’s 68 off 40 balls helped India post 133 for 9 against South Africa. Lungi Ngidi had returned figures of 4 for 29.
