Robbers Cut Off Woman’s Feet: A hundred-year-old woman’s feet were allegedly chopped off by unknown criminals on Sunday in Jaipur to steal her silver anklets.
According to them, the incident took place in the morning hours in the Galta Gate area.
Her daughter and granddaughter live with her in Meena Colony. Jamuna Devi lives with her daughter and granddaughter. According to her family members, the woman, who is 108 years old, was dragged out of her house by the criminals, who chopped off her feet with a sharp weapon, stole her silver anklets, and fled the scene. Mukesh Kumar Khardia, SHO at Galta Gate Station House, said this.
A hospital treated the woman, he said.
In addition to the evidence collected by forensic experts, the SHO said efforts are being made to identify the accused through CCTV footage obtained from the area.
Unidentified people have been accused of a crime.
The woman is being treated at the Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Hospital, according to the SHO.
