Rishabh Pant Accident: Broke Window To Escape Burning Car

Rishabh Pant Accident: During a trip from Delhi to Uttarakhand, Rishabh Pant’s car collided with a divider and caught fire. Pant was driving his Mercedes when he crashed near Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Ashok Kumar, the director general of Uttarakhand Police, confirmed the cricketer was alone in the car at the time of the accident and broke the windscreen to get out.

As a result of the accident, he injured his head, knee, and shin. He’s being moved to Max Hospital in Dehradun for a possible fracture in his leg.

Around 5:30 am, Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant’s car hit a divider and caught fire in Mohammedpur Jat near Roorkee. Pant says he fell asleep while driving, so the car collided with it and caught fire. Ashok Kumar, DGP, told the media he was taken to Roorkee hospital and then to Dehradun.

In the last two years, Pant has been India’s top performer with the bat in Test cricket after MS Dhoni retired.

Uttarakhand’s chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the state will cover the entire cost of Rishabh Pant’s treatment. He’s also saying that an air ambulance will be available if Pant needs to be moved.

Pant was part of the Indian team that beat Bangladesh 2-0 earlier this month. He impressed with knocks of 46 and 93.

Recently, he got dropped from the T20I team against Sri Lanka and was supposed to join the National Cricket Academy’s strength and conditioning program before the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in February.

Cricketer Rishabh Pant was injured in an accident early Friday. His car hit a divider on the way from Delhi to Uttarakhand.

After the collision, Rishabh Pant’s Mercedes caught fire.

He has burn injuries, but his condition isn’t serious.

Ashok Kumar, Uttarakhand Director General of Police, said the 25-year-old lost control of his car while dozing off.

At the time of the accident, Rishabh Pant was alone in the car and broke a window.

He has been referred to Max hospital in Dehradun.
