Phone Bhoot: Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ishaan Khatter Will Begin Ghostbusting on This Date
As promised, the makers have announced the release date of Phone Bhoot starring Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter with a quirky poster. Sharing the official poster, Katrina Kaif captioned it as “Welcome to the world of #PhoneBhoot. Coming to theaters near you on October 7, 2022. In the poster, we can easily see Katrina, Siddhant and Ishaan are in matching outfits.
While in the background, several ghosts can be seen. The poster also highlights Jackie Shroff in a black outfit. A text on the poster read, “A horrific comedy. Directed by Gurmeet Singh, the horror-comedy will release on October 7 this year.
Soon after Katrina Kaif shared the post, her husband Vicky Kaushal dropped Bhoot and Dil emoticons in the comments section.

Ishaan Khatter also shared the poster on his Instagram and unveil the name of his character. He wrote, “Welcome to the world of #PhoneBhoot! Coming to theaters near you on October 7, 2022! Meet my most unique character, Gullu – try to guess his full name.”
Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment, Phone Bhoot also stars Jackie Shroff, Sheeba Chaddha and Nidhi Bisht in supporting roles. Writer of this film are Ravi Shankaran and Jaswinder Singh Bath.
On Monday, Siddhant Chaturvedi shared a video featuring Katrina Kaif and Ishaan Khatter on his Instagram stories. He captioned the post as “Mere phone ghostly”, followed by a ghost emoticon.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Katrina Kaif also has Tiger 3 with Salman Khan and Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi. Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi were last seen in the films Khaali Peeli and Gehraiyaan respectively.
Directed by Gurmeet Singh, Phone Bhoot is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment. It has been written by Ravi Shankaran and Jaswinder Singh Bath.
Katrina was last seen in the 2021 film Sooryavanshi opposite Akshay Kumar. Apart from Phone Bhoot, Katrina will also be seen reuniting on screen with Salman Khan in Tiger 3. He also has Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara, which also stars Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt, and Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi in the pipeline.
Siddhant, who was last seen in Gehraiyaan opposite Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday, starred opposite Ananya in Zoya Akhtar’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan Bhi Hain. Ishaan has a war drama called Pippa in the lineup, which also stars Mrunal Thakur.
