Nitu Ghanghas won the 48kg category final at the Women’s World Boxing Championships on Saturday by beating Lutsaikhan Altansetseg of Mongolia. The Indian boxing star beat Kazakhstan’s Alua Balkibekova in the semi-finals. Saweety Boora will compete in the 81kg category final later on in the day. She’ll face Wang Lina of China. After a review, Saweety beat Emma-Sue Greentree of Australia 4-3 on points in the semi-finals.
