Man In US Hit By Car and Robbed: In a horrific incident, a man in the United States was recently hit by a car and then robbed as he struggled to survive.
The New York Police Department (NYPD) shared footage of the accident on Twitter and reported that the incident took place in the Bronx on Saturday. The caption of the post read, “Suspects hit a 39-year-old man with a car, then forcibly proceeded to take his property.”
The disturbing video shows the victim being thrown in the air as the black, four-door sedan slams him. The 39-year-old then hit the road, injured and struggling to survive. A few seconds later, two men who were inside the vehicle that hit him then got out of the car, went through the man’s pocket and took his belongings before fleeing the scene.
According to the New York Post, the NYPD said that after the incident, an emergency team took the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition. He further explained that the first robber was a “male, dark complexion, slender build, Afro hair”. He was seen wearing black pants, black sneakers and a hooded sweatshirt.
The second robber was also described as “male, dark complexion, slender build, Afro hair”. Police said he was seen wearing light-colored sweatpants, a black hooded sweatshirt and sneakers.
The NYPD also reported that a third person was also present inside the car. They described him as “male, dark complexion, slender build, short hair”, who was seen wearing black pants and a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.
