Gaza’s Hamas-run health ministry says Israel has been responsible for the bombing of Al-Ahli Arabi Baptist hospital, despite Israeli army blame for a “misfired rocket” by the Islamic Jihad group.

Gaza’s Hamas-run health ministry sources told Reuters that at least 500 people were killed in a hospital explosion on Tuesday, sparking outrage. Israeli airstrikes were blamed by local authorities, while Hamas rockets misfired, according to Israel.

According to the Israeli army, information we have indicates that Islamic Jihad was behind the failed rocket launch which struck the hospital in Gaza.
