The CM urged legislators to set up camp in their districts, assist the people, and make sure that they are “compensated for their losses.” According to him, the disaster has already claimed the lives of 14 individuals, and the state administration is working to save others who are trapped.

State education minister Rohit Thakur said, “We will review the situation so that the decision we make is for the safety of students,” according to news agency ANI.

According to NDTV, the hill state has been hit the worst by the monsoon mayhem, with Manali, Kullu, Kinnair, and Chamba suffering the greatest effects.
