Mohammed bin Salman a Psychopath: A former Saudi intelligence chief described Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) as a “psychotic” in a CBS News interview aired days before United States President Joe Biden visited the kingdom.

Saad Aljabari, once the number two officer in Saudi intelligence, warned that MBS’s immense wealth makes him a threat to the US and other countries around the world.

He said the Crown Prince was a “killer” with “infinite resources”. He further states that MBS runs a vicious gang of mercenaries called “Tiger Squad” which he uses to carry out kidnappings and murders.

“I’m here to sound the alarm about a psychopath, murderer in the Middle East with infinite resources, who poses a threat to his people, Americans, and the planet,” Mr. Alzabari told CBS News in an interview aired on Sunday.

The psychopath without empathy, does not feel emotions, never learns from his experience. And we have seen the atrocities and crimes committed by this killer,” he elaborated.

Mr Aljabari was a longtime adviser to Mohammed bin Nayef, who was removed as Saudi Crown Prince in June 2017 and was replaced by MBS.

Mr Aljabari, fearing for his life, fled the country to Canada, where he now lives in exile.

According to the outlet, in 2020, Mr Aljabari sued the Saudi crown prince in a Washington DC court, alleging that MBS sent a hit squad to kill him in Toronto in 2018 – two of the murders of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in Istanbul week later.

Speaking to CBS, the former spymaster said that he hopes to one day be killed by MBS because he has sensitive information about the government and the royal family.

“This man will not rest until he sees me dead,” said Mr. Aljabari.

Responding to the interview, the Saudi embassy in the United States called Mr Aljabari a “discredited former government official” with a long history of fabricating and distracting to hide the financial crimes he had committed.

The embassy also said that the former Saudi intelligence chief implies that stealing was acceptable at the time. But it was not valid then, was not legal and is not now.”

Meanwhile, the interview comes days before US President Joe Biden’s visit to the state. Mr Biden is expected to meet with the Crown Prince to discuss bilateral, regional and global issues.

The US president has also defended his meeting with MBS, who US intelligence previously said was responsible for ordering Mr Khashoggi’s assassination.

In an op-ed for the Washington Post, Mr Biden said that as president, it is his job to keep the country strong and secure.

“We must counter Russia’s aggression, position ourselves in the best possible position to beat China, and work for greater stability in a consequential region of the world,” he said. Mohammed bin Salman a Psychopath
