Bipasha Basu pregnancy: Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover are one of the most loved couples of Bollywood. The two took the internet by storm earlier today as the couple announced their pregnancy with love-filled pictures. Pinkvilla exclusively reported that Bipasha and Karan are expecting their first child and will make an official announcement soon. According to a source close to the actor-couple, the lovebirds are overjoyed and are looking forward to becoming parents soon.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Bipasha shared pictures from her maternity shoot and wrote a cute caption that read: “A new time, a new phase, a new light adds another unique shade to the spectacles of our lives. To make a little more whole we used to be. We started this life individually and then we met each other and since then we were two. Too much love for only two, it felt a little unfair to see us… so soon, what we were once two will become three.”
“A creation manifested by our love, our child will soon join us and add to our gaiety. Thank you all, for your unconditional love, your prayers and well wishes as they are and will always be a part of our being. Thank you for being a part of our life and revealing another beautiful life with us, our baby girl. Durga Durga,” wrote Bipasha and Karan. In these photos, Bipasha is seen flaunting her baby bump and Karan is kissing her baby bump. The to-be parents can also be seen twinning in white shirts as they posed for the camera.
Bipasha and Karan met on the sets of Bhushan Patel’s 2015 horror film, Alone, and tied the knot in April 2016 after a year of dating, as per Bengali traditions. The pair were last seen together in Vikram Bhatt’s crime-thriller web series, Dangerous.
The 40-year-old actor also shared the same post on his official social media handle.
Reports suggest that Basu is in her third month of pregnancy and will welcome her first child by the end of the year.
The pair first met on the sets of Bhushan Patel’s 2015 film ‘Alone’, and fell in love instantly during their first on-screen collaboration. After dating for a year, they tied the knot in 2016. Since then, he has co-starred in the 2020 web series ‘Dangerous’ directed by Bhushan Patel and written by Vikram Bhatt.
