Adipirush Teaser: Here is the first teaser for Prabhas’ Adipurush. Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh star in the film. Earlier this week, Prabhas released his first poster in which he plays Lord Ram. Now fans have a glimpse into the world of Ramayana by Om Raut.
On October 2, the much-anticipated teaser was unveiled in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, the holy land of Lord Ram. In addition to Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, director Om Raut and producer Bhushan Kumar attended the grand event.
In the Adipirush Teaser, Lord Ram (Prabhas) is seen meditating underwater in a sea. In order to kill the demons, he uses his bow and arrow. A timeless tale of good versus evil, justice versus injustice.
Saif Ali Khan appears as Ravana and his ten heads. The film stars Kriti Sanon as Sita and Sunny Singh as Lord Lakshman. The teaser alternates between Vanar Sena and Lord Ram fighting Ravana who has captured Sita. Scenes from the sea, battles, and more add to the impact. There are a lot of visual effects in the teaser. Sharad Kelkar’s voice-over appears in the Hindi teaser.
“The film team will walk from a specially constructed bridge on the River Sarayu,” a source told Bollywood Hungama earlier. The film’s giant poster, 50 feet in size, will be unveiled on stage after they arrive. On a screen, the teaser will be shown. An interesting thing about the promo is that it will be shown in all five languages – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam – at the same time.
This first-look event has never been held for an Indian film before, according to the source. The source stated, “Around 10,000 people are expected to witness the event. 250 policemen and 200 bouncers have been deployed. We are confident that this event will be talked about and will be remembered for years to come.”
The film is based on Ramayana, showcasing the triumph of good over evil. This religious town where the launch event will take place in Uttar Pradesh is also the birthplace of Lord Ram, making the location much more relevant for this grand event.
Produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles, the film features Prabhas as Lord Ram, while Kriti plays the role of Janaki (Sita).
It also stars Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh and Sunny Singh as Lakshman. Adipurush is a visual extravaganza slated to release on January 12, 2023, in IMAX and 3D. It will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam in theatres.
