Police Station In Delhi: Five policemen and a home guard were stabbed to death by a man inside a police station in East Delhi’s Shahdara on Wednesday.
He told that the incident took place on the third floor of Cyber Police Station Shahdara.
Police said the man is being questioned.
According to the police, the man entered the police station and started making videos. When a policeman stopped him and asked the reason for recording the video, the man suddenly pulled out a knife and stabbed the personnel one after the other.
All the injured policemen and home guards were taken to the hospital where they are being treated.
He said a cop has suffered injuries on his chest and is critical.
Meanwhile, the man later claimed that he was a complainant, but did not find any complaint copy with him.
Police said he also hit his head against the wall and suffered minor injuries.
“As per preliminary investigation, only one person is suspected to be involved in the incident,” a senior official said.
He said that the incident is being further investigated.
