Three CRPF personnel were killed in an ambush by Naxals at a security post in Odisha’s Nuapada district on Tuesday. Officials gave this information.
The personnel killed in action include a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan and two assistant sub-inspector ranks.
He quoted preliminary inputs that the Maoists used improvised and crude barrel grenade launchers on soldiers engaged in road opening work.
